Good location and convenient by going around for food and go to the malls

The hotel is very conviently located right in Bangkok Chinatown, one of the best neighborhoods to stay to explore the city. Also close to a metro station and the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool and rooftop views are a great plus. We enjoyed it!

The furniture is a little worn down, and the mattress is pretty hard (which is normal in Thailand). Also make sure to bring earplugs, because the walls are pretty thin.

It was really close to China Town, about a 10 minute walk tops.Security guards were very nice and always smiled to make you feel welcomed.

Getting solicitation every time I got off the elevator for boat rides on the first floor.

It's a great value for money! The location is good, the staff is very helpful and kind and the food is great. The Lekmassage on the 12th floor is also very premium. Very clean too, with everyday cleaning (if do not disturb button is not pressed).

The room was quite old, with peeling furniture and design elements. There was a non-finctional door to the neighboring apartment and everything could be heard. Walls are thin. The windows are just glass in a metal frame, so you can hear the noisy TukTuks all night, but that didn't bother us too much and earplugs were provided.

Location is very good, near to metro station. Room was well equipped. Breakfast was good,

Walls are a bit thin, I could hear the neighbors coming home late and talking like they would be in my room.

The location was handy, near the old train station. A trip to the DMK airport by train was $.22 for two - 10 baht. We were not far from the river. The room service was good. Staff was helpful. The pool was refreshing.

The restaurant food was below expectations. There were a number of things on the menu not available.

No hot water at ALLAnd I had to suffer and take a cold shower that I didn’t take properly

It was our 2nd time staying in this hotel. I really like the location. The breakfast is also very good with a lot of food to choose from.

I didn't like the room this time as it didn't have any daylight. There was no problem at night but during daytime it was depressing.

Property was nice, location is literally a walk from Chinatown!

The internet connection went out and didn’t return, luckily we had 5G on our phones but the tv couldn’t be used after that, specifically Netflix.

Great location, amazing rooftop but still quiet

Everything perfect. Very tasty break fast and very nice people.

Only issue is loudness of other people behind the doors if you have a studio room.

The hotel is located in a nice area. It is easy to reach by train/ metro and you could easily reach china town by walk. The breakfast is excellent, there is a great variety of food.

We could hear people talking in the room next to us due to the thin walls.
